The "Golden Key" inspection of the Cloud Window, Hangzhou's tallest building.

The Hangzhou West Railway Station North and South Plaza Complex project is located on the north and south sides of the Hangzhou West Railway Station building.  It comprises plots F-04 and F-09 of the Yuhang Group YH-18 unit (High-Speed ​​Rail Hub Center), with a total land area of ​​172,396 square meters and a total building area of ​​1.284 million square meters. The starting bid price is 5.377 billion yuan, and the project includes various types of land use, including commercial, business, entertainment and fitness facilities, and other service facilities.

The F-09 plot in the YH-18 unit of the Yuhang cluster (High-Speed ​​Rail Hub Center) has a land area of ​​96,931 square meters, a floor area ratio of 7.1, and a total building area of ​​688,210.1 square meters. The green space ratio shall be no less than 10%, the building density no greater than 65%, and the building height no greater than 320 meters.

The F-04 plot in the YH-18 unit of the Yuhang cluster (High-Speed ​​Rail Hub Center), located north of the West Station hub, has a land area of ​​75,465 square meters, a floor area ratio of 7.9, and a total building area of ​​596,173.5 square meters. The green space ratio is no less than 10%, the building density is no more than 65%, and the building height is no more than 400 meters. A building of approximately 399 meters in height has already been planned for this site, which will redefine the Hangzhou skyline and become the new tallest building in Hangzhou.
