The Hangzhou Municipal Government Land Grant [2021] No. 47 plot, designated for commercial and residential buildings and supporting service facilities, is located within the Canal New City unit of Gongshu District.  It is bordered by the Shangtang Elevated Road to the east, Planned Branch Road Eleven to the south, Lishui Road to the west, and Mopoqiao River to the north.

The project site covers an area of ​​176,278 square meters, with a total building area of ​​527,884.54 square meters, including 372,932.05 square meters of above-ground construction and 154,952.49 square meters of underground construction.
