Hezhuang Street Urban-Rural Integration Resettlement Community (Shantytown Renovation Phase III) Project, Section I Building Settlement Monitoring

This project is located in Hejiang Street, Qiantang District, bordered by Qingxi Third Road to the east, Jingjiang Road to the west, Qinglong Road to the south, and Hejing Road to the north. It is adjacent to Qingxi Third Road Station of Metro Line 8 and close to the east-west development axis of Qiantang City, enjoying various planned functional amenities of the riverside city. The project has a total construction area of ​​approximately 730,000 square meters and a total land area of ​​approximately 467 mu (approximately 311,333 square meters). It mainly consists of 35 18-story and 2 17-story high-rise residential buildings, with a total of 3,660 residential units.  It also includes a kindergarten, a farmers' market, and a community health service station.
