Excavation monitoring project for the second phase of Liangzhu New City Gouzhuang resettlement housing (Plots 1 and 2)

The Liangzhu New Town Gouzhuang Resettlement Housing Phase II project is located in Gouzhuang Village, Liangzhu Street, south of Palm Road, east of Moganshan Road, and west of North Ninth Road. The construction includes high-rise apartments for farmers and supporting facilities, community service and elderly care facilities, facilities for weddings and funerals, basements, supporting roads, and landscaping.

The project consists of two plots: Plot 1 has a total construction area of ​​approximately 195,300 square meters, with 1,420 resettlement apartments of 80 square meters each and 1,542 parking spaces; Plot 2 has a total construction area of ​​approximately 183,700 square meters, with 986 residential units of 80 square meters and 160 square meters, and 1,283 parking spaces.
