The land parcel Hangzhou Government Land Reserve [2021] No. 26, also known as the Canal New City Unit GS1003-R21-22 plot, is bordered by a planned road to the east, planned Branch Road No. 5 to the south, planned Guyang Road to the west, and Housheng Street to the north. The total land area of ​​the project is 84,052㎡, with a total building area of ​​335,425.6㎡, including 235,345.6㎡ above ground and 100,080㎡ underground. The plot ratio is 2.8, the building density is 21.99%, and the green space ratio is 35%.

According to the planning conditions, the project is required to construct at least 11,767.28㎡ of above-ground residential building area as subsidized public rental housing. The plot also needs to include a cultural activity center of 1250㎡, an indoor sports and fitness center of 1000㎡, a health service station of 150㎡, a farmers' market of 2000㎡, and an elderly care service center of 1000㎡.
